Warm the oil in the palms of your hands and apply to pressure points on the body (wrists, neck) with circular movements. On the hair, apply to the crown and ends, then massage gently with your fingertips. For the full sensory experience and to intensify, scent the pulse points of the body with  Fragrance Mist. Self-care Tip: Recite your favorite affirmation during this application process. 

Perfume Mist Ritual
Apply 1-2 light sprays onto the skin or hair, using a circular motion. Alternatively, spray onto a hairbrush or the atmosphere. For the full sensory experience and to intensify, scent the pulse points of the body with Perfume Oil.
