RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We aim to satisfy each and every customer, and would like to resolve any issues that may arise. If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to make an exchange for store credit, please contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase.
If your return request is within the time parameters mentioned above, we will offer a store credit for the cost of the item paid minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Please include the original packing slip with exchange shipments.
We do not assume responsibility for compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Bloom By Simply Lanae.
Bloom By Simply Lanae, DOES NOT OFFER RETURNS. We are committed to your satisfaction, so if you mistakenly purchased the incorrect item, we would love to offer an exchange of your product for another product within 7 business days of you receiving the original order. However, you are responsible for the shipping of the returned item, as well as the new item you would like to receive.
We hope you understand as this is our only way to offer high quality goods at such a low cost. We ask that you refer to our product descriptions to ensure you are comfortable with items prior to purchase.
Due to the unique nature of our perishable goods, WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS ON PRODUCTS. Please utilize our mini product versions to help determine if the products are a good fit for you.
All Cancellations will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
Please also note: because our products are so affordably priced, we do not have sales often and our sales are always for a very limited time - sale prices are only for the stated sale time. WE DO NOT OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. To help you determine how to take advantage of sales, please follow our social media channels for updates.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Bloom By Simply Lanae, PO Box #110933, Nashville TN 37222, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
